2. Currency and Prices

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the currency indicated at the time of placing an order and include all applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Payment Authorization and Order Processing

By placing an order, the Customer undertakes to make payment.
Order processing commences only after:

successful authorization of the payment transaction, and
confirmation of receipt of funds by the payment service provider.

The Seller reserves the right to suspend or refuse order processing in the event that payment is not successfully confirmed.

4. Payment Security

The Seller does not process or store Customers’ payment card details.
All payment transactions are carried out through certified payment systems that comply with the security standards required by Visa and Mastercard, including the PCI DSS standard.

5. Payment Failure or Refusal

The Seller shall not be liable for:

refusal of payment authorization by the Customer’s bank or card issuer,
transaction interruptions caused by technical issues attributable to the payment service provider,
restrictions imposed by the card issuer.

In the event of a failed payment, the order shall be deemed not to have been placed.

6. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by a separate Return Policy available on the Website.
Any refund shall be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the original transaction, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
